Have any of you tried Juice Plus? What are your opinions?
I’ve been taking the Fruit capsules and the Vegetable capsules during the day, and then I take the Vineyard Blend right before I go to bed. To tell you the truth, I don’t feel any particular way. So, I think I’m just getting extra fruits and veggies. Some people have said that the pills make them go the bathroom more and cleans them out.
it takes a full 4 months of using them to feel full effects..it takes the 4 months for a complete rejeneration cycle of your blood to complete..they are not made to feel to much different..the idea is they work from the inside out so you are giving your body more of the vitimins and minerals it needs from those fruits and veggie and from alot of them you would not eat in a normal day like kale…..as like most americans they want an over night cure and that is not the idea of juice plus..it is over prevention and healing from within.
