5 bites of protein.
4 bites of vegetables.
3 bites of carbs, preferably whole grains.
2 bites of sweets.
1 minute between bites.
what protein, carbs, sweets, etc. should i eat?
If you only get 5 bites per each meal, then it wont matter if you choose the fattiest, highest calories because you will lose weight. I would definitely put some walnuts or almonds in that whole grain section so you will at least not feel hungry. Fish is a great protein.
